The purpose of this form is to transfer what's in your head (and heart) into ours so that we can work as quickly and efficiently as possible.

A few tips before you get started:

1. Focus on where your brand is today and where you want it to be in the next 6-12 months.

2. Pick a time when you can complete the form in full since it can't be saved midway through. 

3. Take a peek at the full list of questions and gather any materials, inputs, or team members you may need to answer the questions.
